trauma-responsive online therapy for adults in washington state

the wound may not have been your fault, but the healing is your responsibility…

— Iyanla Vanzant

…and I’ll be your guide.

hi 👋🏻 I’m Chelsea (she/her) and I’m so glad you’re here.

I opened this therapy practice on a mission to help adults heal from the effects of trauma, anxiety, and burnout, particularly folks with lived experience as:

using a trauma-responsive approach we'll explore your inner world and safely expand your capacity to deal with life’s inevitable stressors. to this end I typically blend a variety of evidence-based modalities (e.g., somatic experiencing, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems) depending on your unique needs and goals. together we’ll work — not towards a ‘perfect’ life — but one with more clarity, compassion, and congruence.

my clinical approach is equally relational, holistic, and depth-oriented, intended to uncover the root of mental & emotional roadblocks and to strengthen the overall mind-body connection. I truly believe you are the driver of your own life, but I can be alongside you to offer a warm presence, non-judgmental insight, and tools to help you better navigate.

whether you’re feeling skeptical about therapy or ready to jump right in, please reach out - I’d be honored to work with you.
